About Brad…
Brad O’Connell has been a local Chef for over 20 years.
He established Tonic Restaurant in 1998. The Restaurant received several National accolades, becoming one of Northland’s finest.
He opened Soda Café in 2004, which quickly became the busiest local Café in Kamo, renowned for its simple home style cooking and great coffee.
The Café was sold in 2012, and in 2015 Brad sold Tonic Restaurant.
The last two years has seen a growing demand for boutique at home catering, which Brad is able to manage alongside running his recent venture Totara Cafe, located in Totara Parklands Estate, Kamo.
